Policies

Deposit - $100 from credit card on file at time of booking.

Cancellations - required 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Cancellations outside of that window will have a charge of $100.

“No shows” or late arrivals past 20 minutes with no notice - your card on file will be charged the full amount of your session or $100 for consultations and piercings.

If you “no show” or late arrive with no notice more than once, service will terminated.

No refunds or reimbursements on any services or items.
